BRITISH VOLUNTEERS in PFAC

 BRITISH VOLUNTEER SERVICES OVERSEAS (BVSO)
The BVSO sent volunteers from the United Kingdom to teach English and culture to the Vietnamese Refugees in VRC Palawan before they resettled in their country of destination.
